The European team, headquartered in London, is a multi-lingual, multi-disciplinary group focused on all property types in select Western and Central European markets.

In addition, AIG Global Real Estate and Lincoln Property Company formed AIG/Lincoln International L.L.C. in 1997 to provide real estate solutions to expanding multi-national companies and local firms in Eastern, Central and Western Europe. Today, AIG/Lincoln operates through local professional real estate teams out of Barcelona, Bucharest, Budapest, Cologne, Madrid, Milan, Moscow, Prague and Warsaw and with business support provided by a subsidiary located in Berlin, Germany. The New York-based team works closely with Lincoln Property Company and AIG/Lincoln employees on European acquisitions and developments.
