("AIGGREIC") and its affiliated US registered investment advisor (together with AIGGREIC, "AIG Global Real Estate").  AIG Global Real Estate  is a group of international companies which  invests in and actively manages real estate for clients and AIG member companies, through its member companies.  AIG Global Real Estate’s international investment adviser companies (the “ AIG Global Real Estate member companies”) are direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates of  AIG Global Real Estate.
